Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened products.

  • Defective items.

  • Incorrect items received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food products, including seasoning powder, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
